- Both the concert and reception are outdoors. So come casual, comfortable and cool!
- You will be walking a reasonable distance. Golf carts will be available for those who need assistance from the gate to the concert stage.
- No food will be served at the concert. Drinks will be provided.
- Hors d'oeuvres will be served at the Sponsors Reception.
- Seating will be provided, set up stadium style (in rows). Your seats will be in a reserved section, but seating within that section is open.
- Your tickets will be mailed to you in September, unless you choose for them to be held at will call.
- Parking will be directly next to the gate (a map will be provided with your tickets).
- Please do not bring alcohol, lawn chairs or pets.
