Texas Questions: What questions do your leaders need to be asked?

Fill out the box below, with the question and any background you want to share, and I’ll ask it at the State Convention.

Nothing brings Texans together like our questions.

This is a big state, and we have a lot of different opinions about a lot of different things. But we all share some basic questions: How will our kids be taught and trained to lead Texas into tomorrow? How will the state control the insurance, utility, and other bills that weigh on us? How will we meet today’s needs and build a foundation for the future? I launched Texas Questions to learn what you want to know. This isn’t a poll. It’s not a place for political pros to test pre-packaged queries or shallow, simplistic answers. And it's not a place for me – or anyone else – to tell you what questions you ought to be asking.

Texas Questions is about you. It’s about your family, and your Texas. It’s about the breathtaking opportunities – and sobering challenges – that we all face. It’s about the questions that need to be asked and that our leaders need to hear.

So please write your question – and the story or the facts behind it – in the box below. I’ll showcase some of your responses at the Texas Democratic Convention the weekend of June 26. And I’ll work to get you answers throughout this campaign year and in the upcoming Legislative Session.

Thanks for your work, and your concern, for Texas and its people.
