Convention Blog Report: Senator Clinton rocks the house

The long anticipated speech by Senator Clinton happened on Tuesday night.  In my view, she gave the speech of a lifetime.  It was striking in its passion and selflessness.  

The TV and radio “talking heads” will find things that she didn’t say or they’ll nitpick little details.  But, her message and presence emphasized and exemplified why Hillary is such a pivotal figure in our national politics and policy.  She did an outstanding job of revealing and illuminating the reasons her candidacy was historical.  She also made the case for why, even though her run for President was so very important, people need to come together to support the ticket.
