The Beginning of the End?

We're in the home stretch of this first very "special" session of the Texas Legislature.

There are a lot of big bills being haggled over, and a lot of moving pieces in them.

So I'm going to wait to pontificate on the goings-on until after we wrap up on Wednesday, which is the day the law requires this session to end.

Who knows ... I might even be sending a preview of a second very special session of the Texas Legislature. 

I've already started working on the "Subject" line for the next report. I keep thinking of song titles, lyrics or movie titles. Something like ...

"Wasted Days, Wasted Nights"

"Ghost Fili-Busters"

"You Make a Grown Man Cry"

"The Big Layoffski"
